Law Degree at the University of Barcelona (1989) and Postgraduate Degree in Financial and Market Management at the University of Barcelona. Member of the Barcelona College of Law since 1990. Moreover, he is an expert in corporate law, contract, and M&A, and has wide experience in Insolvency and Procedural Law.
He joined CUATRECASAS ABOGADOS in 1985. From 1989 to 1996 he was an associate lawyer at the CUATRECASAS ABOGADOS Commercial Department. In 1996 he joined BROSA ABOGADOS, at which firm he took charge as Managing Partner of the Commercial Department in 1998.
He has been the speaker at various courses organized by IFAES on contracts, the Law of Contracts, M&A, takeover-bid legislation, and Private Equity.
